Is your equipment safe?

Little ones safety is our No.1 priority!

Our high quality soft foam equipment is free from sharp or hard edges. Our thick EVA protective mats also help to absorb any trips or falls. Whilst this is a safe and fun area for your little ones to explore, adult supervision is required at all times.

Do you deliver to your event?

We certainly do!

Prior to your event we will arrange with you our arrive and pick up so you will be set up stress free. We will set up all the equipment and pack down.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is based on location and access.

After you submit an enquiry we will send you a quote including delivery cost.

Do we have to clean THE EQUIPMENT?

We wouldn't dream of it - this is a part of our service.

We want you to be able to enjoy the precious moments with your little one! If there is an accidental spill we ask you to try to keep the equipment dry and clean up any accidents however we thoroughly clean and disinfect our equipment after each use.

The only thing we ask… if you have hired a ball pit, all balls must be contained within the ball pit for pick up!

What are the SOFT PLAY rules?

So that we can keep our equipment in pristine condition we ask that you strictly adhere to the following rules:

  • No Shoes or Heels (including adults)

  • No Food or Drink

  • No Face Paint/Glitter or Messy items

  • No Sharp Objects

  • ADULT SUPERVISION AT ALL TIMES

Don't worry we provide a beautiful sign for your event to remind you of the rules.

What is your cancellation policy?

In the event of a cancellation, we will work with you to reschedule another date within 12 months of the original booking. We simply ask you give us as much notice as possible.

Please note, our 25% booking deposit is non-refundable. 

What if it’s raining?

We ask you to have a back up location if your event is to be outside as we cannot set-up on wet ground or leave equipment in the rain. We do not accept cancellations on the basis of weather in relation to our Soft Play.

How do I pay?

Payment can be made via direct deposit only.

Account details can be found on the bottom of the invoice. Please include name of booking and invoice number when making a payment.

When do I make payments?

We require a non-refundable payment of 25% of total invoice amount to secure your booking.

This is to be paid within 7 days of invoice date. Failure to pay will result in your booking being cancelled. We unfortunately cannot hold any bookings without any payment received.

Final payment is due 14 days prior to event date.
